PURPOSE OF OUR TOURNAMENT: To raise funds so the Missouri EMS Funeral response team can provide support to the departments and survivors of EMS providers who have suffered a serious injury while on duty or who have given their life in the line of duty, and do this at no charge to the agency or the survivors family. To deliver a variety of services, and focus on the current and future needs of the survivors.

WHERE: Three Pines Golf Course, Ewing Mo.
FORMAT: Scramble (4 man Teams) AMATURES ONLY— THIS IS FOR FUN
WHEN: Saturday, July 10, 2010 At 0800
FEES: $45.00 per person or $180.00 per foursome

Includes green fees, cart rental, lunch, prizes and refreshments

Individual registrations are welcome (teams will be assigned)
